These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to the website www.nordicfitk9.com and use of the Nordic K9 Conditioning Academy website, and all associated programs, courses, and services (collectively the “Site”) operated by Nordic K9 Conditioning AS (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Norwegian laws and EU/EEA regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To access certain programs and resources, you will be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

•  Provide accurate, current, and complete information

•  Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate

•  Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party

•  Notify us immediately at support@nordicfitk9.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Nordic K9 Conditioning AS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Program group coaching calls may be recorded and made available to enrolled members through the course library. By joining a live session, you consent to this recording being shared within the program.

Content you post within our online course community remains your own and is visible to other enrolled members as part of the shared learning environment.

We will always seek your explicit permission before using any of your feedback or contributions outside of the program.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information or activity is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms of Use.

Nordic K9 Conditioning Academy offers a range of canine fitness and conditioning services, including online courses and programs, in-person training, one-on-one coaching sessions, certification programs, and membership programs.

All programs and services are for educational and informational purposes. Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on individual effort, the dog’s health, and other factors.

Online Courses & Programs:

Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to your course materials through our online platform. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details or course materials with any third party.

One-on-One Coaching:

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and conducted online or in person. Session details, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation requirements, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Certification Programs:

Certification programs are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of enrollment.

Membership Programs:

Monthly membership programs provide ongoing access to designated resources and content for the duration of your active membership.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program or service at any time. Where material changes affect a program you have already purchased, we will notify you and offer appropriate options.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Failed or Late Payments:

If a payment fails or is not resolved within 7 days of notification, access to all online content, program resources, and coaching sessions will be suspended until payment is fulfilled. No refund will be issued for any suspended period.

Returned Payments:

Nordic K9 Conditioning AS reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of NOK 200 for any payment returned due to insufficient funds or other account issues.

Nordic K9 Conditioning AS uses secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Your payment card issuer may provide additional protections against unauthorised charges. Please contact your card issuer for details.

Online Courses & Programs:

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on online canine fitness programs. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of enrollment, please contact us at support@nordicfitk9.com and we will process your refund. No refund will be issued after 14 days of enrollment. Access to course materials will be revoked upon issuance of a refund. For any programs that include one-on-one or group coaching services, if sessions have already taken place within the 14-day period, your refund will be proportionate to the unused portion of the service. Completed coaching sessions will be charged at their proportionate value of the total package price, in accordance with Angrerettloven §26.

Monthly Membership Programs:

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions:

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered. Unused sessions within a purchased coaching package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided no more than one session has been completed.

How to Request a Refund:

All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@nordicfitk9.com. Please include your name, the program or service you are requesting a refund for, and your date of purchase. Requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal, non-business purposes, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

Online Courses:

We honour the full 14-day withdrawal right for online course purchases. If you wish to withdraw within 14 days of enrollment, please contact us at support@nordicfitk9.com with a written statement of your withdrawal. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your notification, using the same payment method as your original transaction. If an online courses includes one-on-one or group coaching services, if coaching sessions have already taken place within the 14-day period, your refund will be proportionate to the unused portion of the service. Completed sessions will be charged at their proportionate value of the total package price, in accordance with Angrerettloven §26.

How to Withdraw:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement to support@nordicfitk9.com before the 14-day period expires. A standard withdrawal form is available upon request. Use of the form is not obligatory — any clear written statement is sufficient.

These rights apply to consumers in Norway and the EEA and do not affect any additional statutory rights you may have under Norwegian consumer law.

All content and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nordic K9 Conditioning AS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nordic K9 Conditioning AS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service.

The Company shall not be responsible for any performance or service problems caused by third-party websites or service providers. Any such issues are governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.

We do not warrant or guarantee any specific results from use of our programs or services. Your outcomes are dependent on your own effort, your dog’s individual health, and other factors outside our control.

Non-Excludable Liability:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven §22).

You agree to indemnify and hold Nordic K9 Conditioning AS and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Site.

All information, programs, and courses provided through Nordic K9 Conditioning Academy are for informational and educational purposes only. While canine conditioning programs offer many benefits, individual results are not guaranteed.

Some injuries and health conditions may make conditioning activities unsuitable or potentially harmful for your dog. ALL activities undertaken with your dog should be cleared and approved by your VETERINARIAN before beginning any conditioning, massage, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, or sport-specific training program.

Erica C. Boling is not a veterinarian. She and fitness instructors who teach through Nordic K9 Conditioning do not diagnose or treat illness, disease, or any canine physical or mental disorder. They do not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals. Canine massage and conditioning services are NOT a substitute for veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nordic K9 Conditioning AS and Erica C. Boling assume no liability whatsoever arising from your use of information, programs, or services provided through our online or in-person courses and programs.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

For consumers resident in Norway or the EEA, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@nordicfitk9.com so that we may seek a resolution directly. We aim to respond to all disputes within 14 days.

Norwegian Consumer Council:

Norwegian consumers may file a complaint with Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) at www.forbrukerradet.no.

EU Online Dispute Resolution:

Consumers in Norway and the EEA may also submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Nordic K9 Conditioning Academy takes all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint or concern regarding our programs, instructors, or services, please contact us in writing at support@nordicfitk9.com with a detailed description of the issue.

Our complaints process:

1.  We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint by email

2.  We will review and assess the complaint

3.  We will respond in writing within 30 days with our findings and any proposed remedy

Any material breach of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of your access to services and programs.

By registering on this Site or purchasing a program, you consent to receive transactional communications from us by email, including order confirmations, program access details, and important updates relating to your account.

We will only send marketing communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. All marketing emails include a clear and easy one-click unsubscribe option. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time.

Nordic K9 Conditioning AS complies with the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven) and the Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) regarding electronic marketing. We only work with marketing partners who maintain validated opt-in lists and we require all partners to adhere to applicable anti-spam regulations.
